& an update regarding my audio project which I don’t think ANY of you care about:

My stupid problem with the Mbox was because of the fucked up cable. Just as I thought. Stupid good for nothing new cable. ANYWAY, I plucked out the cable from my sister’s printer and everything is fine and dandy (i.e running freakin` smoothly) right now. Only problem is, I’ve got stuff to print and…argh! Have to crawl under/behind her stupid purple desk again to plug it back :\

I used to really really really want a polaroid cam…but that was back when I was like…12? My mum even got me the instant-stickers type but you know, thats not as cool as the real thing. *Sigh* Polaroids are nice and all, but kinda passe don’t you think? Surfing round LJ seems to show that those using these cams are usually those high school kids and their candid photos which just…I have no comment. `Sides, if I’m not wrong… whoevers making the film is stopping production next year…so I’m not really gonna bother at all.

As absolutely silly and stupid as they are, *I’m sticking with my decision to try to get a Split-cam (25USD) , Smiley Pinhole Cam (25USD) Horizon Perfekt (500USD) & Lomo LC-A (425USD) (HAHA. The Gorillapod is just cool and hilarious at the same time). It’s gonna take me a loooooooooooooong time, I tell ya.

(+ I kinda really wanted THIS since it’s oh-so-cool and its just entry level and all but I couldn’t be arsed to fix it up and from what I read, it’s so not worth it…so yeah. Lets forget that.)

WTF. I THOUGHT YOU HATED PHOTOGRAPHY?!?!

Yeah. If I’m forced to do it where I have to follow certain angles or themes or shot sizes & if it’s like standard 35mm shit. I actually really liked photography in sec school due to Editorial Board duties (and then some). And I seriously love looking at greyscale/B&W & cross-processed pics. Seriously. Just show me a decent B&W photo or a pics you sent for cross-processing and I’ll easily be in awe of it.

But you know, the fad kinda died down and now in school where everyone is speaking all this jargon and getting all so serious about it…it kinda makes me feel put down. Like, theres so much pressure and according to my self-made laws- the more you force me to do something, the more I won’t want to do it- I’m supposed to not be bothered by the cam assignments at all.

But wtheck. Kk started salivating over THE 2250 USD SET which kinda spun into an out of control Lomo chat which I felt disoriented in at first but got hooked into 10 mins later.

Let me just ignore the world and turn back to the more fun side of photography.

But wait, I’m broke. Which means: NO HOPE, D.

So yeah, thanks for letting me waste like 5 mins of your time.
